Halloween Porch Decorating Contest

The Judges have made their decisions!  Tough work - but someone has to do it!  And that someone(s) was VCA President Ardeth Staz and VCA Vice-President Carol Perrin.  

 

Starting at 4:30 Halloween evening they toured The Village Trick or Treating (bribes were accepted and encouraged) to find the best of the best in The Village.
