VILLAGE LANEWAY & CONDO ASSOCIATIONS
As The Village was developed in several phases the laneway responsibilities have been handled in different manners. As many of The Village homes have parking access via shared private laneways the ownership and maintenance are a shared/collective responsibility of each homeowner on that lane. Six such laneways are managed by resident-led associations, and all expenses for surface and underground maintenance in all seasons are shared. All other laneways are managed by a condominium corporation.
Village laneways east of Garrison Village Drive are incorporated as Condominiums
