All Village Residents Welcome*!

 

The VCA is excited to offer The Village residents a Showcase of Loyalty Partners, intended to provide residents with an opportunity to learn more about our Loyalty Partners and their services and products, especially our newest partners. We encourage you to ‘shop local’ in support of these businesses!

 

  • Date:  Thursday, April 23, 2026

  • Time:  10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

    • Register for any or all of the demonstrations below.

  • Where:  NOTL Community Centre Auditorium and Penner Room

  • Cost:  FREE for all residents of The Village

Exhibitors: Eleven of our Loyalty Partners will have a display in the gym and three of our partners will be doing presentations in the Penner Room.

​

Registration:  We’re expecting a strong turnout. We’re welcoming several new VCA Loyalty Partners.

If you’re interested in one or more of the following sessions, please register to ensure we plan enough seating.

 

11:00 am

  • Fertilizing and Feeding Your Plants by Paul Bongers, Country Basket

  • How, When, What Kinds (Natural vs Chemical).

  • Paul will also discuss worms!

 

11:45 am

  • Joy and Movement by Anne Robinson

  • 20 minutes of gentle, enJOYable, easy-to-follow movement with friends (men and women welcome!)

 

12:30 pm

  • Charcuterie Platter Demo by Cheese Secrets Cheese Monger Xavier Allard

  • Xavier will show us how to select and arrange components, with tips on presentation and flavour pairings. He’ll discuss the components and their roles in flavour, texture, and aesthetics with tips on balancing flavours (salty, sweet, tangy, creamy).
