The Village Community Association

To provide a forum whereby members of the Association may interact and communicate with each other, express individual ideas and concerns, and identify issues in order to maintain the community spirit of The Village. o create committees that solve problems, plan for the future in ways that are in the best interest of The Village, and discuss areas of mutual interest.

Annual membership is from May 1 to April 30. Dues are payable by new members at the time of joining the Association. Annual dues for membership shall be due and payable by May 1 for the current membership year to be entitled to voting privileges. Membership in this Association shall be on a household basis, with one household (one address) counting as one vote. VCA Bylaws 2023 (Revised April 2023) - PDF 6 pages.
